Built for everyday questions
Make the next decision with the connections in view.
Find the right owner
Connect each process to the roles responsible, so a handover starts with who does what.
Understand what a change affects
See the processes, systems, and policies connected to the work before changing a tool or a way of working.
Give AI business context
Make reviewed operational knowledge available to agents. The quality of their answers still depends on what your team has captured and maintained.
See the connections
If Sage goes down, what work is affected?
Start with the processes that depend on it and the people responsible. In this example, the map connects Sage to six processes across Finance and Operations, giving the team a place to start assessing the impact.

How it works
Start with one process your team already knows.
The intended workflow starts with a description of real work, such as paying a vendor or onboarding an employee. Build out the connections as you go.
Describe the work
Explain the steps, who takes part, and which systems they use.
Review the proposal
Junctive proposes a process from your description. A person checks the steps, roles, and systems before saving it.
Keep it useful
Give the process an owner and update it as work changes. Update the process once; its document and map stay in sync.

Questions
Common questions
- What is available today?
- Junctive is in development. You can explore a scripted preview of the intended product and join the waitlist for updates. The preview uses an example company; it is not a live workspace.
- Do we need to document the whole company first?
- The intended starting point is one process your team knows well. Describe the steps, check the proposed roles and systems, and add related work as you go. Answers can only reflect the work you have captured; a partial map will have gaps.
- Who keeps the map up to date?
- Your team does. The intended workflow gives each process an owner and lets editors update its steps and connections as work changes. Document and map views share the same process. AI proposals require human review before they are saved.
- Can we use our existing documentation?
- Existing SOPs can be a starting point for describing how a process works. The preview shows capture from a plain-English description. Automated document import and integrations are not available through this site; contact us to discuss your current documentation.
- Does Junctive run our workflows?
- Junctive is designed to document and connect how work gets done. Your existing systems continue to handle tasks, payments, and other workflow execution.
- Can we take our information with us?
- The intended product includes workspace export as Markdown and structured records. The walkthrough illustrates this; exports are not available from the marketing preview.
- What happens after we join the waitlist?
- You will receive occasional product updates and news about availability. Joining does not create an account, reserve a price, or guarantee an access date. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Which plan fits our starting point?
- Blueprint is intended for documenting processes and connecting roles, systems, and policies. Organization adds Ask the Organization and read-only context for AI agents. Enterprise is intended for teams needing additional access, support, and procurement options. Email hello@junctive.com to discuss which starting point fits.
